Sena, the General Manager, brings a background in psychology and over 10 years of experience in the disability sector. She is deeply passionate about understanding each individual and ensuring every participant feels seen, valued, and supported. Her caring and thoughtful approach has shaped Sena Care into a place where genuine connections are at the heart of everything.

Aleksandar, the Director, works alongside Sena to ensure the service runs with strength, structure, and consistency. With extensive experience in the disability sector, he focuses on building reliable systems and a supportive environment where both participants and staff can thrive.
